One thing i did not like was the time frame it took certain departments to review my file. The reviewer and underwriters need to find a way to review documents in a timely manner. I submitted paper work to my loan officer and it took the reviewer about 2 weeks to provide feedback on the title commitment. Andy looked into the matter and he did not hear for a while. The underwriter is another process that took time. We were given conditions and fulfilled them ASAP. We did not hear back from them for 2 days. There should be some sort of priority for certain files that already meet criteria for the clear to close. If they have all the documents and proof, there should be no reason it takes days for a response.

I loved the service and loved the broker I dealt with. however I feel like some things can be changed....1)I think the home appraisal should be done before offer is made and accepted because then you have to move backwards if your house is appraised for less than what you are paying, which happened in my case and 2)final paperwork needed should be collected a lot more in advance than 2 days before closing. closing dates kept changing because of this and not everyone has a flexible work schedule
