Lack of communication between loan officers and their assistants caused frustrating and unnecessary delays in our loan process. Perhaps it was bad timing, but having to deal with 4 separate individuals because of leave and sickness caused a lot of repetition on our part when it came to submitting documents and emails.
The whole process from getting pre-approved to the final closing went very smooth. I actually had to do very little effort. Joe Ferling and his team handled almost everything for me.
The loan team that I worked with was very professional and tried to handle every situation with expedience.
I loved every step of the way.
They went above and beyond to help us get our home. We were overseas and did everything by phone and email. They answered all our questions promptly and I highly recommend.

It was a smooth and basically flawless process. Perhaps a list at the very beginning detailing exactly everything needed for final approval and when it will be needed would be helpful. This would prevent some of the quick turnaround requirements experienced during the process.
