My refi was complicated due to our home almost being foreclosed earlier by our old lender when I was laid off during the recession period. Although we were NOT foreclosed, that lender never corrected the documentation. Matt and his team dove in and were able to fix this complicated problem and get my refi done! Hats off to you all!
