
I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with the loan team at Veterans United. Kevin Schawo and the rest of the team were phenomenal, patient, kind, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly. They made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt like they truly cared about helping me succeed. Too many people to send information to should be dealing with one person to be less confused on documents needed..staff was very knowledgeable but I don't use the verbage that they use every day. Needs to be simplified. Not everyone is tech savvy. Much of older veterans are old school. Have a conversation

I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33.
