We had the pleasure of working with a great team. Any requirements for information whether on our part or Veterans United was handled within minutes not hours or days but minutes. Veterans United ability to promptly pass and receive information was comforting especially considering that the home buying process can sometimes be overwhelming.
Constant request for additional documentation when much of the requested documentation could have been anticipated up front. In fact we offered some of the documentation and were told no, and then requested to provide it.
