I was nervous because the process seemed to easy, I called and gave my prequalifying information, and advised the loan specialist that I didn't want to continue if it didn't look like I would qualify or if the paperwork was going to be a nightmare, because that's what I have heard about VA Loans. He was reassuring and advised me all looked good, and the paperwork would be fast and efficient because you do VA Loans all the time. I was not let down. Thank you.

My Loan team Billy Abney, Presley Ray, and Hunter Hukari showed a level of customer service and professionalism that sadly is hard to find these days. When I ever I called, emailed or had questions they always had time for me. They made sure I understood the process and made me feel like I was their only customer. As a first time home buyer, I had underestimated how stressful the process would be, but Billy and his team made things so much easier. They were always there to guide me and sometimes just give me the reassurance that I needed. They were always true to their word and met all suspenses they gave me. I quickly realized that when they said they could do something or they would handle it, I didn’t have to think about it anymore because they handled it. I couldn’t be happier with the opportunity I had to work with these true professionals.
My Real Estate agent Lucy Thorton was awesome. She was very accommodating to our schedule and extremely professional. She too talked us through all of the processes and made sure we understood everything. She was always in our corner during negotiates and always willing to fight for us.

I was extremely impressed with the patience and helpfulness all parties offered a complete stranger. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Joe Newberry and Tim Overshiner answered everything I could through at them. Not only was dealing with these two gentlemen the easiest part of my purchasing process but it was also the most enjoyable. In the future, if I ever get another home loan, I will return to using the VA based soley on customer I received. Thank you for all your help.

Selena and Will were great. They eased any worries we had and always seemed to be on top of everything. The lines of communication were open and responses were quick and thorough. We really were surprised how easy buying a home with a VA loan could be.
