The entire team was supportive and willing to look deeper into the issues that may hinder a veteran from even being able to apply for a mortgage loan. Our loan wasn't completed in time for our closing and it cost us 300 dollars out of our pocket to rent the house until the loan was complete. Had 2 months to complete the loan. It made a lot of people involved unhappy and we had to deal with them
