I have only worked with Lucas as my loan officer, so if everyone at Veterans United is as good as he is that's a blessing to everyone who uses their services. If I ever need to purchase another home and the loan would be financed through Veterans United and I would consult with Lucas for support in getting this done. He is one of the best because I have tried other services outside of Veterans United and it was not successful.
Veterans United and the team that I worked with was amazing for the whole loan process. We have hit many speed bumps throughout the process. Even though the closing date was suddenly shortened, making everything much more difficult and stressful. They made it work and pushed hard to make the short deadline that was given to them. I honestly thought it wasn’t going to work after the closing date was suddenly shortened but a miracle happened and everything worked out.
