Tina went above and beyond in the process of getting our loan approved. We actually got to close a week before expected. Her and her assistant are amazing. Both seller and realtor said they will pass on her name and number to potential buyers. This seller said she has done many homes, has never, ever saw one close this fast, especially a veteran's loan!!! Also she is a wonderful person. as sweet and friendly as she is intelligent and great in her job!

I have received poor service with Veterans United Home Loans. I have been given wrong information multiple times about my loan. I haven't been notified of raised property taxes and had to figure everything out on my own. I was told documents on my disability was taken care of and the day of signing loan had a $2,800 fee that would not have been there if document was turned in. My loan officer a month before told me not to worry he could get that documentation for me. Overall very let down with my loan officer.
