Sold off my loan within a week and now I have to deal with extremely long wait times and customer service who hardly speaks english. I will never recommend this company.Once I bought my house I had issues two hours right after signing and VU did nit give a shit nor did they help in anyway. They are money hungry.

My two previous buying experiences with other lenders were not good experiences. But working with Eric, CJ, & Trenton this time was a whole new, positive experience. I was in an urgent situation, & everyone did their best to keep things moving forward as quickly as possible. I was very anxious about the whole situation, but Eric was incredibly patient with me. Everyone treated me with kindness & respect, which is certainly not what veterans nowadays experience.
