If anyone is looking to buy a home veterans should be the first people you should call, they are Aces in my book! It's been a long road with COVID and all but veterans was there all the way I would like to give thanks and praise to my real estate agent Kelsey for all she did and the lawyers who got the paperwork straightened out in the end, Jose and John you guys were very helpful and listened to all my worries thanks to everyone for your help. Everyone was amazing until the last few days. Closing costs were not finalized until 1220 with closing at 3. Closing costs were quoted wrong requiring 2 trips for cashiers checks cutting the time very close. We came very close to not closing as scheduled. The seller was supposed to sign at 10 in the morning and was postponed by at least two hours. Additional paperwork was requested from us on Friday before closing. Additional forms had to be signed for veterans on the day of closing at 1 o’clock. It made the last couple days very stressful when I feel like it should have been more organized. An apologies was given.
