I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they communicated with my agent to also ensure she was also informed. Veterans United was great! This was my second home purchase through Veterans United. Hanna Mohesky was my loan officer, and she was outstanding. She was patient with me and all of my questions. She kept me updated through out the whole process. I would highly recommend Veterans United.
Only two issues. One, the closing costs were estimated at 10-15k initially but were closer to 20k. Second, my wife’s name was not on the deed at closing. Others than that, everything was great.
The loan officer, Cory Peebles, did an outstanding job. He had all the answers, knew what was needed, knew everything was good from the start, and he drove the process right to the finish line with ease. I really appreciated his outstanding competence. I have dealt with others at Veterans United in the past, and Cory was by far the most competent I have dealt with.
