It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. I had the best experience with my team. I asked a lot of questions, every question I asked I received an answer, No question was to big or to small. They kept me informed and up-to-date through the whole experience. If we decide to purchase again we will use Veterans United every time.
I would most definitely recommend VU...the staff was superb and if I had any questions they got back to me right away...Taylor was very friendly and professional. The UV app was very user friendly and the concierge service was the icing on the cake!
