I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they communicated with my agent to also ensure she was also informed. They have accommodated and ensured my comfort throughout the home buying experience. I would most definitely recommend VU...the staff was superb and if I had any questions they got back to me right away...Taylor was very friendly and professional. The UV app was very user friendly and the concierge service was the icing on the cake!
