I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they communicated with my agent to also ensure she was also informed. They have accommodated and ensured my comfort throughout the home buying experience. I was going through a big transition getting out of the military while buying a home, and he made sure I always had a clear understanding of what was going on. Anytime I had questions, he took the time to break things down in a way that was straightforward and easy to follow.What stood out most to me was the level of effort he put in. It never felt like I was just another loan — he genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions and put me in a good position. He went above and beyond more than once, and that kind of support makes a big difference during a process like this.I’m very thankful for everything Justin did to help me through it. I had the best experience with my team. I asked a lot of questions, every question I asked I received an answer, No question was to big or to small. They kept me informed and up-to-date through the whole experience. If we decide to purchase again we will use Veterans United every time.
