Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. Haley, Melanie, and Crosby they were responsive, kind, informational, and knowledgeable in this whole process. This was my first home so they made me feel more calm and understandable during this whole buying process. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done. Highly recommend them to any veteran looking to purchase their first home or just buying a new home in general!
I had the best experience with my team. I asked a lot of questions, every question I asked I received an answer, No question was to big or to small. They kept me informed and up-to-date through the whole experience. If we decide to purchase again we will use Veterans United every time.
Only thing was I was not advised to have an additional witness for document signing.
Overall, it was a pretty positive experience. I think they communicated very well and it was very quick and painless. The only thing would be the last day getting all the information however it might not have been on them fully and also this the process beforehand was so smooth.
