Best home-buying experience I’ve ever had.
Team was great and very thorough, transparent and timely in their handling of our loan. We were engaged and wish they had mentioned that only the veteran could be on the deed, prior to marriage. This was only mentioned to us after we had gotten the clear to close, which caused us to renegotiate insurance as well, which increased our insurance rates. We also wish they had been available during closing, but we understand things happen. Overall we had a very good experience with them. Stephanie and Kayla are very kind, genuine people who truly care about their work and its impact.

Loan officer was great to work with and very knowledgeable! Loan coordinator and concierge were reaching out constantly to see if I needed assistance!
I did my first home refinance with them. The whole process was confusing, but they were extremely upfront about all costs and explained everything so I could actually understand it. The other companies I talked to acted like used car salesmen and were shifty about costs; not Veterans United - they treated me like family from the start. 5/5 Dentists would recommend them.

We were very impressed with Courtney and her team. Under the wire with another lender that was not delivering what was promised, Courtney stepped in and wrapped everything up in lightening time. She even managed to get us in at a lower interest rate. My realtor has stated to several people that she will be referring to Courtney and Veterans United any opportunity she has in the future.
