Communication could've been better
As first time home buyers, we thought we were in for a STRESSFUL experience. But using VU has made it so stress free. It is so important to be able to trust those who are helping with such a huge life change, and VU definitely is!
Holly Ray was exceptional! She made this process smooth and easy. She was informative, helpful, and patient. I would recommend her time and time again!!!!!

Easy smooth process, guidance and communication unmatched highly recommend and the MY VU APP is so easy to navigate it made my process easy and fast
Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
The follow up and personal attention was the best
