I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they communicated with my agent to also ensure she was also informed. They have accommodated and ensured my comfort throughout the home buying experience. As this was my first home buying experience, I don't think I could have asked for a better loan officer. Alex was great. He was quick to answer all my questions and helped explain things in a different way to help me understand the process. I had a panic moment and Alex was able to talk me down. I had applied with Veterans United many years ago but my credit history was horrible. But when they called to tell me they couldn't do it they also told me what I needed to do to get there and I was able to build on my credit AND myself to get to this point. I appreciate everything Alex and his wonderful team has done for me and making sure I was ready and prepared. Thank you for helping me provide a better future for my family.
