Overall very good experience. Didn’t appreciate being told we were cleared to close on two separate occasions and then being told we needed to provide additional info and connect an additional account.

I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they communicated with my agent to also ensure she was also informed. They have accommodated and ensured my comfort throughout the home buying experience. All the things I needed to do were outlined quickly, however, speaking to someone seemed like it took a long time. Not that I expect someone to be at my beck and call, but if someone sends me an email or text at say, 1000, and I respond at 1001, I'd expect to get a fairly quick response. Sometimes I'd be waiting a few hours mid conversation. Just sometimes though.
