Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. I had the best experience with my team. I asked a lot of questions, every question I asked I received an answer, No question was to big or to small. They kept me informed and up-to-date through the whole experience. If we decide to purchase again we will use Veterans United every time.
The loan team was incredible to work with. The underwriters were incredibly frustrating with numerous last minute requests, which could have been made well in advance.
