Lisa Durand was beyond exceptional. I truly believe if it was not for her, I would not have been able to close on my home. Lisa does more for her customers than most. She ensures the information is received in an orderly fashion and is extremely professional. She is a blessing and makes the buying experience so much better. Tyler was fine. He tried but he was absent for a decent amount of time so I ended up working with Chris Hill. Chris was terrible, every conversation I had with him held a tone of condescension and arrogance. He was full of flattery and lip service but I did not feel once that he actually cared. He told me during one phone call "I dont care if we keep your business" additionally, talking with my realitor, Chris's attitude was similar talking with others as well. I Don't think he should be in a position where he deals with customers. Finally, underwriting took so long to start my file, we ended up closing 2 weeks after the initial closing date. The whole experience was very frustrating. Next time I mortgage a property I will not use this company.
