I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they communicated with my agent to also ensure she was also informed. They have accommodated and ensured my comfort throughout the home buying experience. Debbie Beasock and her team were exceptional. She was so easy to call and engage with to get information. She walked me through the whole process and was always quick to answer the phone or call me back. It really alleviates the stress of home buying when you know the lender has the customers best interest in heart.
I could not have ask for a better team, than the ones I had. Ethan, Sarah and Allie, made buying a home seamless. From start to finish, they did 90% of the work, all I did was submit documents and sign. I had a great realtor also. Her name was Michelle and she was also the good at her job. I got the House I wanted and I could not have done it without them. I'm glad I chose Veterans United.
