every one was very friendly and assisted to make this transaction easy. My only dissatisfaction is the VA appraiser who I felt was less than knowledgeable and when he had to return for followup exam of home tried to lay off all blame on the underwriters instead of admitting he missed items on first visit.
They worked hard to make this happen. My loan officer worked with me to make it all work out... Thank you everyone.
