I have done several refinance and home loans with other companies but Veterans United is far superior in customer service and loan officer JB Barton and his team know how to treat a veteran. Never failing to keep us informed and there word is Gold. I have found that quality missing in other companies. I very rarely find a company that sticks to their word from the beginning to the end. Process to get our house loan was so easy I was afraid we missed something on closing day. DID NOT!!

I would say make sure that you have all of your personal information up to date. Your credit dose play a roll in the buying process. Getting pre approval is the first step in loan process. If credit is not where it needs to be they will help you get there. From start to finish it took about 45 days to find my house, get completely approved for loan and closing.
This was my third time with Veterans United and it was great yet again. They don't leave you in the dark on anything!
