I was not enthused with the fact that I spoke and corresponded with so many different people from the company through the loan process. I didn't know who was in charge of who. I was confused as to who was actually taking care of me. Who was helping me out, who I could complain to, why things were going insane and causing ME to have to supply documents the day before closing; are all things that I had no answer to and no one at your company would answer them for me

Overall the experience was pretty good, but I wouldn't call it excellent! Even though my husband is a retired Army Veteran, the home appraiser, checked every section of our house, inside and out! The inside was perfect, but the outside needed repair, so we invested in a new roof, and he wanted the pool to be resurfaced, but it wasn't necessary. We invested alot, just to refinance at a lower rate! It took about 4 months from beginning to end!!

This took a year to get done. We almost lost the house to another buyer. So we asked the sale let us rent until the deal was sealed. A whole year. After all that the rate for the was pretty high, almost as much as the loan. I'm just glad it's all over. I only like my payment $375.

To many set backs when told we were closing for sure we got pushed back. All the paper work needed was an over kill they had my paper work but wanted another copy for some reason When the credit check was done that should have everything been it but no you pulled qnother with out my permission
