Mrs. Stephens and Mrs. James are very professional. When they needed something they always explained why. They made the process pleasant. I truly am thankful to them both.
The individual that I had to deal directly with was unprofessional, and asked questions that should not have been asked with a rude manner. Also, when I asked the agent questions about closing costs, the agent did not know the answers, and I needed to contact the underwriter to get answers to questions. Later in the process, I was requested to complete certain actions that I had previously completed without a reason as to why. When I questioned why I had to do certain things again, I was given the reason by the agents supervisor, who was exceptional in the whole process. If the supervisor were the agent, I would definitely recommend, but I had a bad experience with the agent, and I did not appreciate the agent giving excuses as to why certain things were not done in a timely manner, such as my realtor changed e-mail address, which was false. Also, we had to push back closing due to the lack of communication from the agent.
This is our second time using Veterans United and they really make home buying easy and as stress free as possible.
