My loan officer was occasionally tardy returning emails and phone calls, and sometimes I was left out of the loop regarding status of loan application and closing status.
They did their part to get me the loan. But thats about it.

Veteran's United was able to close our loan efficiently and within our short time line. The realtor that was referred to us through Veteran's United was average at best. I would suggest screening realtors more thoroughly.
The downpayment amount changed rather frequently, even on the day of closing. This was my only complaint with the whole process. Everything else was fantastic, Angie Sanders and Catie Wilson were great to work with.
I would recomend Veterans United as a company but not my Team Leader.
It was a much longer and stressful process than I thought it would be. Tom Champion, Cody Smith, and Jennifer Sims and all the Team were very reassuring and supportive and worked hard and long at getting the job done!
