Hayden did a bang up job. At times, we weren't for sure that we were going to close on the date given, but we did. I'm sure Hayden got frustrated with me, but he never let it show in his voice, he always remained calm and up beat. .
The end result was satisfactory, and Nick responded to questions promptly and thouroughly and respectfully. The last couple of days prior to closing were a lot of delays and miscommunications which were very frustrating, but it eventually worked out.
