What I like most is when someone is right there to try to help you like a good friend. Someone who is very understanding especially as a veteran. Most Veterans do not like to ask for anything and refuse to try extra harder to ask for help. We are too high strung and do not realize that in the real world most time you have to ask for help to accomplish a good living.
I wish more attentions are given to handicapped Veterans, from the federal, state, and local governments.
Sales people should remember that they may have done their job over and over again but their clients are going through it for the first time. Buying a house is a big deal for the client, their families and their future and having someone who will take the time and explain the process and procedures as they are executed. The client only sees pictures of the sales person and a voice on the phone. The voice on the phone can make or break the entire procedure just with one bad day of communication. It should be understood that the client is placing their entire future in the hands of this salesperson (who they have never met and will likely never meet).
All being said it was a good experience, and I would recommend this to my friends. It was the not knowing along the way that was most unnerving.
Thank you Matt! You are outstanding!
I would recommend Veterans United to everyone I know. I actually have already mention you to a couple of my friends. This has been a very pleasant experience for me. I thought the process would have taking much longer but Matt worked very diligently and got me closed pretty quickly. I think he and I worked very well together. I'm very excited about the purchase of my new home! Kudos to Matt Etling who made this possible!!
Alberto and Holly King were both superb in our dealings with our purchase of our new house. Even our realtor made a comment that everything went so smoothly (something that doesn't usually happen with other companies). Everything went like clockwork - no surprises. Thanks

We did like when someone from the Veterans United could meet up with us either at home or at an office and go over some of the paper work and explain what things were and what they did.
My only complaint was that in the final process there was alot of back and forth which delayed the loan. If everything that was needed was told to me at the start i couldve gathered everything and sent it at one time. I would send things that was asked for but then was asked for more things.
Tracey and I would like to thank the Veterans United Home Loans team from the bottom of our heart for helping us to purchase the home of our dreams. We simply could not, nor would we otherwise want to, have done it any other way!
outstand service, was kept informed during the process
Amanda was absolutely amazing. Constantly available and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home.
Joel was the best!!!
You have an outstanding process and outstanding team.
Colin, Lauren and Jerome are the best team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They all exhibited a level of professionalism I have not experienced since my days in the Air Force. Thank you all for making our dreams a reality. It has been the best experience ever. Over the past two months our confidence in them was never in doubt and it has been a pleasure and a privilege working with them. Many thanks to them for all of their caring and support. We love Veterans United and will refer your organization at any opportunity.
I would recommend them to all vets.
We did a refi and the process was much easier.
