The appraiser is a total imbecile and you should never use them again!
They required a heat source in laundry room adjoining kitchen ,which isn't required by the building code.
Stated the house needed thorough cleaning, but after reinspection, I found dust on nearly all the window sashes and sills. Grease on kitchen backsplash. Refrigerator had melted ice cream in freezer and filthy shelves in fridge
Missed a clear violation of electrical code in that none of the outside electrical outlets are weatherproof. And! electrical lines run to garage in garden hose instead of proper conduit.
Toilet will not flush due to broken chain to flapper valve
Such a super job done by my team.

Would recommend to any home buyer but really for first time buyers because they treat you like family and want you to be a homeowner and will make sure that happens! The whole team is fantastic and communication plus step by step process is superb!
Like I’ve already said the team was great they did their job and guided me to do the things that I needed to do. I’am greatfull to be in my own house what’s left to say? Thank you veterans united
