This was the most complex moving experience in my life (6 mortgages a several refis) as I needed to switch from a Convention loan to a VA loan, as well as several other complications along the way. Jake Force calmed my nerves several times with his extreme insight, expertise, and simplified explanations of everything. Jake Force and His Team all deserve a 15+ (that's on a scale from 1 to 10). Overall our home buying experience with Veterans United was seamless and very much appreciated with the short timeframe we had to purchase a home. Towards the end, some better communication could have created a more fluid closing, but in the end, the entire Veterans United team made everything come together and helped us close on our beautiful home just in time!
