Took two go rounds. Not because VU wasn't exceptional, but due to the economy in 2012. This time there were issues, but Bill and his team were on point and the closing finally manifested itself.
Josh was professional and very easy to talk to. The lapses in clear communication that did happen more than a few times throughout the loan underwriting process were frustrating. But at the end of the day, your team came through in the 11th hour.
