They appreciated me for what I've done and did what they needed to do for me because of what I gave up everybody from Kayla. Erica Karma and anybody else that I work with the staff that I had to call, to get ahold of The people that I needed to talk to were always so friendly and made sure that they got somebody on the line before they transferred me to make sure that I did get to talk to somebody to get my issues resolved if I had any. I will give all of them a 15 out of 0 to 10 for all the work that they did. They all deserve the praise that they get. And I hope that other veterans understand that they have to put in the time to do what they need to do to buy their house. So that way, the team can help them get that house. Thank you, everyone. VU needs to be more approachable to first time home buyers by transparently communicating the purpose and details of each document sent to the veteran. Each step of the home buying process should be thoroughly conveyed and future requirements should be brought to the veteran’s attention ahead of time. No surprises.
