Ross Pierson was a professional and did his job and was aways cordial. It wasn't unt the later steps in the loan process when the file went to someone named "Jon" that I feel the service became unprofesional. I should have had my final computation so
I had the most amazing team from VU. I couldn't have ask for better than the services of Zack Gunter and Phil Hojnowski and everyone that assisted behind the scenes!
