This was my first time buying a house. I had a lot of questions and Tim Wuest took the time and effort to go step by step to make sure i understood everything, and to get exactly what I needed. The service provided by Veterants United was excellent!
The process was very quick. As a new home owner, I wasn't sure what to expect but getting emails that outlined the process really helped.
They guided me through all the required steps and simplified the process. The only negative I had was with Docusign. It requires too many confirmation steps and at the end you still are not sure that the document was signed and arrived at it's desti

Only negative would be lack of information on time line. Process was explained, but if V.U. could breake down time line in process for customers and give average time lines between steps that would help with stress on the quite time when V.U. is busy
