There was a point in which communication breakdown was a hug issue. So much so it delayed my closing by about 10 days. I had to utilize the Veterans United Client Advocate Team. Once they were notified, all parties acted quickly to resolve issues.

Horrible process, horrible communication, constantly having to resend everything and when we jumped thru there hoops they changed them and had to do it agai . Costing my money to pay for thing again. I could go on and on but I have run out of space
