Overall, a great experience. This is my 2nd time using Veteran’s United and if I buy another house with the VA loan, there will be a 3rd. John and his team, excluding Brendan, are great at what they do and I recommend them to anyone in my personal circle using a VA loan.

Everybody involved was very accomodating especially since this was my first home purchase. Made it seem very seamless but im willing to bet they were hustlin and bustlin to get me in this house so fast.

Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Matt and his team did an outstanding job with helping us get our mortgage. Matt did an outstanding job of staying in contact with us during the entire process.
I could not recommend Veterans United more!!! I originally started my journey in the beginning of June with another mortgage company after three weeks of not even be able to get a VA preapproval I called Veterans united and within one day they had me a preapproval and within four days I had a full conditional approval!!Shawn, Sarah and their team worked diligently and had me at my clear to close in just over two weeks. I would highly recommend VU to any vet looking to get into a home!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
