Kelly and her team exceeded our expectations with the level of communication thought the whole loan process from pre-approval to closing. Any time additional information was needed from us Kelly or her team members reached out. Any questions we had Kelly the team were a text, email or a phone call away. Always prompt and never having to guess what was next or what the timeline was.

Almost every time I called Aaron, nine times out of ten, Aaron answered my calls. If Aaron was busy helping other veterans and unable to pick up my call, Aaron called me back shortly after I called him. Never once did Aaron ignore me or decide I wasn't important enough to call back. Which is a rarity these days. I asked Aaron many questions and he displayed great patience with me. Such wonderful people! Always so helpful and comforting through what can often be, a scary and overwhelming process! Any questions we had were always answered in a timely manner and we never felt like we "should" know the answer. I strongly recommend Ty Reese and Alyssa Schneiders! They took us through the process with no tears shed! It was a relatively short process compared to others I've been through. They did it all and kept us apprised of the status at each step along the way. If we ever do this again, they will be our first call!
