My family and I had such an excellent experience working with this lending team. Evan, our loan officer, was knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to take as much time as needed to explain every step of the process in a way that made my wife and I feel confident and informed. He was outstanding! Evan truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. He even took on roles outside his job description and went to bat for us by speaking to other parties involved on our behalf. Richard, our loan coordinator, was equally outstanding. He was organized, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. Anytime my wife and I had a question or needed clarification, Richard responded quickly and with clear guidance. Evan, Richard, and the rest of their team made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable! I am very thankful for their hard work and dedication. My wife and I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a loan team that combines professionalism, care, and excellent communication. I cannot say enough about how we were treated thorough this whole process!

It was mostly a seamless experience. There were a few times when I didn't know who I was talking to because two people were using the same texting app.
Alot of my worries were pretty much gone with VU, any questions I had were answered and I didn’t have to do much on my part except be on time with documents and signing
