This process was brand new to me and I trusted my team to have my back but now I wonder if everyone had my best interests at heart. My very 1st day in the home I discovered an Electrical problem and I paid a inspector to do his due diligence and he missed it. But it would be hard not for the seller to know that this problem didn't exist! I am indebted for life on a home that on day one I discover this problem, WHAT'S NEXT!? I'm so afraid right now!!!

Purchasing a home is a major milestone, and I can understand how upsetting it would be to encounter an unexpected problem on your very first day.
While the VA appraisal helps assess a property's value and basic condition requirements, it is not as comprehensive as a home inspection. I understand that doesn't make this situation any less frustrating, especially when you trusted the professionals involved in the process and expected to move in with confidence.

It's all super convenient.I had an issue with my lender. I emailed them at 8 p.m., and within five minutes, they responded that it would be taken care of the next day.
