Having little knowledge concerning the home financing buying process, the first was a blur nearly 3 decades ago; But this one with Brian and his crew really educated me and my wide both. We honestly did not feel as we were simply another applicant, but we're people who were assigned a caretaker so to speak; We thank God that we were put in the hands of Brian Bradly and his team from Veterans United.

Victoria was phenomenal, however, I was placed with 3 different loan coordinators due to vacations, being off, etc. This was incredibly frustrating knowing who to work with and what needed to be done and who to coordinate with. I would highly recommend releasing what inspections and criteria need to be accomplished at the beginning rather than half way through the inspection period as well.

Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.

I've done business with VU on 3 homes now and the first 2 were excellent but the 3rd time was NOT a charm. The app and website are down right horrible and way too problematic. I opened tickets and called the help desk but they weren't very helpful and when I was transferred to somebody that could allegedly help he was very rude on the phone. I probably won't be doing business with VU again in the future after this last interaction.
Super helpful at every step. I spent a large portion of my time working with my Veterans United team while I was deployed, and they were incredibly helpful making it all work with my limited availability and remoteness. I’d recommend them everytime.
