My loan team was absolutely amazing! They made the whole process easy and smooth. They made this the best loan process I have ever been through(I have done this 3 times before).
Everyone was very helpful and informative for every step of the way leading to the closing day.

Closing was delayed, lack of communication from team on why there is a delay. Too many coordinators involved. Sr loan officer stopped engaging after contract was turned in.
Credits weren’t given to make up for the money I spent on hotel fees due to the delay and in addition to having to extend delivery of my items that I brought from Canada to Oklahoma.Would recommend a leader to align with team on expectations. Won’t recommend to friends. To many other lenders out there

Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. During our home buying journey we ran into a major issue due to an unscrupulous family member who had offered a remote job offer but upon further digging by the closing team wasn't what it seemed and left us high and dry and serious questions about being able to get our loan to closing but Anne, and her team kept at it and we were able to come up with a plan and the closing team even stayed late to make sure that despite our family members attempt to sink us for whatever reason, our loan still went to closing the next day and we were able to secure our new home.
