I am a graveyard shift truck driver so I sleep during the days which brought about the issue of being able to contact my loan team during their normal hours. Each and every one of Jacob’s team, from the very beginning, all the way to closing, has been very helpful and has worked with me with my schedule so that we could make it to where we are. Closed! Such wonderful people! Always so helpful and comforting through what can often be, a scary and overwhelming process! Any questions we had were always answered in a timely manner and we never felt like we "should" know the answer. I strongly recommend Ty Reese and Alyssa Schneiders! They took us through the process with no tears shed! It was a relatively short process compared to others I've been through. They did it all and kept us apprised of the status at each step along the way. If we ever do this again, they will be our first call!
