Good timeliness were meet and great customer service.
Poor appraisal from VA. Problems kept popping up in process that could have been avoided by letting me know to provide documentation sooner. Had to constantly call and email in order to get updates on process and statuses.

Veterans Home United loan process for approving loans was painless. We received clear, consistent communication about every step in our loan process. It felt like a friend, like someone that really cared about our needs.
I was told that I would receive money in regards to using a realtor that was provided. After the loan was complete I was then told that this did not apply in the state of Louisiana. If I would have known this I would have used my own realtor.
