For the most part Veterans United Home Loans did a great job of servicing me. I like how their site takes the time to educate potential borrowers. The only problem I had was at closing when the title person tried to get funding it took almost 2 hours
This is the second Home loan working with Eric Herman. Both times Eric and his staff I've been more than accommodating and patient when getting documents. If I ever need explanation they were there as soon as they could be.
Appreciated the extremely quick responses to emails and phone calls. Even when someone was out of the office, my questions and concerns were passed on to someone else that could get back to me quickly.
