If you have built homes in the past and are looking for financing I would make Veterans United my first call. It was not only easy on my end but even the building company had nothing but good things to say about this team.

I would like to give special shout out to Brendan, our loan coordinator. After Lance set a great expectation for VU during the pre-approval process, Brendan followed through by being knowledgeable, effective, pleasant, and accessible. Overall this was a painless experience. For a first time home buyer, the process can appear daunting, but with the support from Lance, Brendan, and Alexandra, it was easy.My only recommendation would be to add some additional options for real estate agents in this area.
