This loan process started a year in advance as the building of the home took seemingly forever. Veterans United got as much done on the loan application as they could in the early stages to get an early approval completed. Unfortunately, some of the work we completed had to be re-accomplished because it was outdated by the time we actually closed on the house. All in all we got everything needed done, on both sides, in a timely manner. Thanks to the entire team for their help…and the gentle reminders!

Chris did an outstanding job for us. We started with one loan officer and was transferred to Chris in the middle of securing our home. There was not one hiccup (no I'm not being paid....lol). When I contacted Veterans United, I was with a different lender. My home had been built and was ready to be occupied. With the previous lender, there were some challenges in underwriting on the loan as well as tight deadlines. The first phone call to VU changed my life and gave me hope. Vishal is the epitome of a professional. He and his team worked with ease in getting things “rocking and rolling”.
