If the Veterans United has a fraud department, I ask that someone view the complete process of my mortgage loan. I stated before that Tyler and his team had to search hard to find my hidden credit scores, then we had to deal with an employee with the Van Buren Title Co. that continued to do her best to slow down the closing process. (J. Motter) At the beginning of the mortgage loan process, the Probate Courts were not interested in the Estate. But, three days before the first attempt to close in December. the Title employee through the Probate Courts into the process. So, my mother and I had to get the Probate process going. This stopped the closing in December. The Probate Judge here is friends with my cousin Amanda, Amanda is behind my ID Theft, she was fighting me for the property. Then as we approached the second attempt to close, the same employee at the Title company tried to through an extra $1500.00 to the Buyers closing cost. I then had to contact Tyler and the Department of Veterans Loans Department regarding the extra charges. So, now we have been delayed twice by the same employee at the Title company. My mother and I did not have to work with that employee at the closing on February 24, 2022. I had the funds to close in January, but the extra fraudulent charges of $1500.00 was too much for me to handle at the time. Look into Amanda Danger-Hall, Portage, MI. Chad Maxem, Paw Paw Honda in Paw Paw, MI. (he is related to the Probate Judge, Mr. Bell) Both Amanda and Chad are involved with my I. D. Theft.

Walter was AWFUL!!!!!

It is imperative that we look into your comments further as a potential training opportunity. Thank you for taking the time to share this information with our team.

John Parker & his team were the greatest to work with. No matter how many snags we ran into, they found ways to overcome them & worked hard to do so. They go beyond the call of duty. I can tell they love what they do and it shows. They are friendly and yet professional. I would use them again in a minute. You won’t be sorry.

Only one issie was the lateness of getting closing docs to the attorney

From many people we've talked to, the process shouldn't have been so drawn out. Not sure about recommending Vet United over someone local.

My experience with Veterans United could not have been bought with all of the money in the world. I absolutely had the best professional team of men and women in my home buying process. The entire time that I was processing, they communicated and articulated everything with me. They’re all very pleasant as well as professional. I recommend all veterans choose VU…it’s a win win situation and I feel like my giving to the country has finally been returned back to me, I’m very grateful!

Our first-time homebuying experience was smoother than a slippery dolphin slicing through the ocean!

I wish I would have went with a local bank that did V.A loans. The process took forever and was very stressful, I would have expected a lot more from a loan company that was wanting my business.

Amy the loan coordinator is also outstanding. Overall everyone in the Veterans United Team were helpful and a joy to work with.

I started the journey with a very low credit score they helped me increase my score to get preapproved and then to home ownership. Scott and his team helped me tremendously, easy to work with, and straight shooters; I felt confident with them covering my six.

i didn't know if i was going to be able to pull this threw but with my people that worked with me made it much better then i thought it would be and if i had to do it again i would go threw the same people.
