Better organization for the underwriting dept. Underwriters need to have a checklist to be provided to the borrower so documents can be sent once rather than piecemeal.
No real negative experience caused by Veterans United. The VA appraiser was a bit unrealistic and didn't listen to our plans/vision for the home.
Derek Russel was good to work with. He stayed in touch regular during the process. Stefanie Cade was a real angel to work with through the whole process. She was always in the trenches with me when any thing came up.
