The only reason for a 9 is duplicate requests for documents already submitted. Otherwise, a great experience with extremely responsive and helpful staff.
I found the entire process to be difficult to work with. Our closing was delayed and all of schedules were impacted because of lacking or poor communications.

Although I should be happy right now I can honestly say I am not happy with the process. The main part being communication and educating the buyer on what he or she will have to pay. I just cannot believe in this day and age the process is this hard.
