While we did close on time, the process was not fun and seemed more difficult at times than it should have been. There was constant confusion and miscommunication on the agent's side which lead to frustration on customer side

Overall my experience with VU was a little frustrating, not because of the Agents but because Underwriting could not seem to get their act together or apply common sense in examining g the documents sent.
