The only reason I am not able to provide a rating of "10" is because the documents that needed to be signed online were sent to me multiple times as scrambled and unreadable. Closer quality control was required.

Poor communication and follow up; only got a reply when we followed up; the follow up emails were riddled with excuses; like the lead aren't told us in his last email, "he deals with 300-400 clients a month and does not read all emails"

We were asked several times for the same information that we had already submitted. It seemed like the two that were working our loan were not working together.
