There was some disorganization. On several different occasions I was requested to send and complete the same documents. I had to send my employment verification twice.
They work very hard at helping you get into your new home.

Better attempts could be made in notifying homeowners early of last minute items so that it will not cause such an inconvenience. Items that are known to take a while to get in should be requested or recommended at beginning of loan process.
