The realtor veterans united recommended was incompetent. There seemed to be a lot of communication issues that arise from having an out of state lender. Though it wasn't a problem for me, it would have been more convenient if the lender was local.
We were a challenge for being first time buyer's. It was tedious, but we got the house.
