The actual terms of the loan were outstanding (ie. No mortgage insurance and other benefits). That being said, with the exception on Tony V (who was outstanding), the other mortgage brokers were terrible (unorganized, and NEVER answered the phone).

We had problems with the VU realtor not following up on prespective homes in a timely matter. I spoke Don about it and he took care of that issue very fast.
