The experience was a "10" until near the end of the loan. We began the process back in January and it seemed there were several "surprises" once the loan went for final underwriting. That being said the "surprises" were not the fault of VU.
Veterans United have blessed my family and I ... From the start through the process and afterwards...They have taken care of us the great and friendly attitudes, the communication, and the empathy the showed for my family and I that they did not have
The entire office worked hard together to get my loan approved and finished. They continually kept in contact with me letting me know how things were going and if there was anything I needed to do to help facilitate getting done. Amazing service!!!
