The loan process was duplicated asking for same infomation, information on owened property , given at bedinning of process was asked for befor close. I reccomend you have a check list so the information is gotton at the beginning
Harris Giger did an excellent job as our loan officer! Very knowledgable and experienced.
When we talked other people and loan specialist they were not required to have to have the paper copy of the actual my percentages. That alone held up at least 4 weeks and we missed out on several homes. We didn't feel her full attention was given
Rodney O'Neal did an excellent job, the other individuals not so much, getting asked to fax over documents over and over again that were already sent to them a month prior was a bit rediculous.
