They were all great. Made the whole process smooth and easy.
Didn't close as expected. Numerous hoops to jump through. Our loan "changed hands" several times.Also the Platinum plan not explained properly. Consequently we did not receive our $1000 even though we didn't close within 30 days of accepted offer.
Overall, we had a great experience. However, there were some moments when I feel communication was lacking and this caused last-minute stress before closing.
