The Veterans United Home Loan experience is very special and personal. During the loan process I found it was important to have an experienced individual to handle personal documents and answer tough questions. I had both which was amazing.
Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. I felt I was in good hands and that I could trust the people I was talking to. I was always informed of what was going on with my loan and everyone did their best to help me with the process.
The individuals I delt with where great but the underwriter process and the va appraiser was a pain the ass and was nothing but a joke withe 5 different occasion that I was requested to get more paper work instead of doing it all at once
Outstanding company, I look forward to doing business with them again.
