The underwiriter wasn't too kind to my situation or the urgency but Travis Carr was excellent. He communicated with me almost everyday through the home stretch. I will refer others for sure but to Travis only. His manager was helpful

Our problem was with the under writers. The staff at veterans united went to the extremes to solve each issue. Rachael Bruce got us the best possible interest rate and locked it in at 3.75.
It shouldn't have taken so long to get this done but overall I'm pleased with the results.
