Everybody was understanding of my work schedule, made the process easy for me, and they did their jobs in such a way that I was able to close on a house in a timely manner while I was also working 84 hours a week. To be honest I don’t even know where to start. The whole entire process from start to finish was amazing! From the first phone call I was greeted with a friendly voice that answered all of my questions and washed away any doubts that I had coming into the process. My personal loan specialist Leanna was the icing on the cake. She was quick to respond to any questions that I had. She reassured me throughout the process with her constant communication that left nothing up for interpretation.
