Everything went smoothly and the service was excellent. All our questions were answered and we had no problems getting a hold of someone when we needed assistance.

Although I would say I had an amazing experience with VU, we did run into some hiccups. Due to error with the closing team not getting me documentation in a timely manner, I had to push my closing back to a later date. This effected me as well as the sellers. Emmett and Danielle still did amazing trying to work around this and compensate for the mistake, so I was very thankful to be working with them. This was not an ideal situation for me though as I am a nurse and I had already made accommodations to my schedule for the original closing date, and then last minute had to figure out accommodations again.
I am a veteran and it was recommended to me by a veteran. It was such a smooth and quick process. Jeff Gordon and his crew (Megan Belhman) we’re on top of things and we’re quick to respond and keep you in the loop. I HIGHLY recommend Veterans United to any veteran who is buying a house!
