Always received timely response from loan officer; also, realtor found the right house after two offers fell out or did not materialize. These two were excellent. Others were average.
Veterans United was great to work with. Made the whole process easy with no stress.
I was completely lost most of the time, but this may have been due to my mental problems and not the abilities of my team.It was not a very happy time for me, but I hold nothing against the crew working with me.
I just want to thank my whole team at VU, you are all truly amazing. I felt cared for every step of the way, it was as if you were all personally invested in this house with me. And the thoughtful care packages along the way were just over the top. Thank you for being who you are and doing want you do.
Jamie Bardeen was amazing! It took a year and half to build our house… Jamie tracked all our finances the entire time, being sure we didn’t jeopardize our approval. She had great communication through out the process. Highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking to buy or build a house.
This was the easiest closing of my life!! Everyone was amazing!! They were helpful every step of the way!!
We’ve purchased 4 homes in the last 4 years and this was by far the best experience we’ve had with a lender. Our team was so much more knowledgeable of the VA process than anyone else we’ve worked with and they went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier!
One thing I love is the quick videos explaining each step of the process; very useful. I wil definitely recommend VU and even use them in the future. Great team.
Actually Jay, Samantha and Andrea are amazingly outstanding!! They deserve scores 10 plus!! Always being there for us and being accessible. Always informing us of the present loan status and guiding us forward!!! And let’s not forget their knowledge, intelligence, and firm commitment to us. A huge thank you to all!!! Carol and Ronald Walter. Outstanding service and work!!
buying a house now, after 26 years between first time and now-it has gotten a whole lot more involved-if i was not retired it would have been so much more of an issue. if i did not have the va loan there would be no way i could afford to purchase a house and property-that goes to my years of service and the advantage of that time i spent. frankly, buying a house is a pain in the house, too much personal information is required ie my marriage decree from over 11 years ago-no matter where it comes from-state of arkansas in this case. kudos to veterans united for all the help. i have used every veterans benefit that i earned throughout my career. i appreciate all the help. leah my realtor is really a good person-i have met some really high pressure realtors in the past 12 years-yes i have been looking for a long time for that just right property-leah brown is a good person, she found this actual property that i finally purchased...i told her what i was looking for and she knew enough about me and getting to know me during this looking at properties she learned quickly what i was after. shout out to the insurance girl, she got me better insurance, more coverage at cheaper rate than i was looking at. again, buying a home requires a lot of effort and cash, i appreciate everyone involved-especially all the people that i will never know about. thank you and god bless you all.
