To be honest I tried very hard to beat the deal I got as I do with any product with a price not set in stone. I could not find a better deal at any bank from here to Minnesota (other then a few small area credit unions that don't cover NC).

Gerrit & Whitney were great through this process. Although this was a refinance, it went quickly and smoothly.
It seemed ridiculous that I had to keep sending the same paperwork. And I was told that VU gets a lot of paperwork so sometimes it's gets lost... That's just not right
