I was disappointed with Veterans United. I feel that the customer service was lacking, the underwriters did nothing to help the customer and the focus was to resell the loan.

At first VUHL offered us a 3.8% rate on our loan. My husband spoke to our ENT FCUand they said they could get us a 3.75%. Then Grant said he would match it- had we not shopped around we would have possibly taken the 3.83% rate, thinking it was good.
