Matt and his team were very helpful any time we had concerns or questions.
The only issue we had was with the daily rush to get items at the last minute. Also having to redraft letters with the correct info which weren't Steve Humbles fault but from someone else. Lastly everything was a rush in our end but not on your end.
I was attracted to the "Zero Down Payment" ads on Yahoo!. Totally true; I paid no down payment. VU never lead me astray or pitched me anything that wasn't factual. Excellent customer service all around.

It's been several years since buying and the process seemed daunting this time with all the documents that were required. This loan closed on projected date.
It seemed like I was constantly faxing more paperwork to them. I feel like they should have asked for everything at the same time.
The packet was easy to understand for the most part and was timely.
Three closing dates missed. VU staff waited until 24hrs prior on 1st two occasions to develop more questions. Understand completing file, do not accept requests came on eve of close. VU Team all professional on phone, results less than professional
The people I worked with were fantastic. They made the process so easy. Everyone explained in detail what was going on and what to expect next.
