I should have been given the information about closing cost up front. I was under the assumption the seller paid closing cost on a VA loan. I was absolutely mortified when I was first told that I had to come up with $3600 before closing.
Working with the VU crew was awesome. They were very informative in the discussions and when I had concerns, they were quick to explain or get me data that helped me to understand the processes involved. The seminar was top notch. Really enjoyed!!
Although it was frustrating at times they did help me close on my home in time for my wife's arrival
