A issue with a document had arised which impacted the closing date which was moved three times,and the appraiser after repairs. Most of the issues from my perspective could have been brought up at a earlier time and earlier in the week instead of Thursday or Friday, when given a task on my "TO DO"list,I was on it immediately, I have a "you don't hunt, you don't eat" mindset, whenever I was sent out to hunt, I came back full. I called him quite a bit with questions about paperwork that was needed and he always had an answer for me and I feel he went the extra mile for me a few times to make this process as smooth as possible, over all I feel my home buying experience couldn't have gone smoother. Kerry was very helpful in finding properties to meet my needs and when we settled on one, she lined up all inspections and really made a stressful time stress free. Clint took the time to promptly respond to any questions I had weather through email or phone call and helped me have a clearer understanding of a complicated process and although I personally didn't need to rely on Michel for very much, he was always very pleasant and professional when we spoke and always seemed eager to help with anything i needed.
