Some items could have been communicated better but overall it was a good experience.
I would recommend going with United Veteran anytime. I would also recommend asking for Stephanie Batson as your realtor. We literally didn't have to do anything but find the right house we wanted and sign papers they did all the other work and made me feel so relax and not stressed .
Jennifer and I want to thank both Taylor and Kayla for keeping us in mind as loan rates came down. They saved us a bunch of money and we can't be thankful enough to them for that. They also took most of the work off our shoulders and made refinancing a no brainer! Thank you again!

Honestly, I’ve never had an easier process purchasing a home. From buying my first home, to my second, to refinancing. They’ve made the entire process stress free. I won’t be using any one but Veterans United if I intend on purchasing another home.
Wow, home buying is task, to say the least. When I began my journey I had absolutely no idea where to start. But the platform used by Vets United is the very best. So glad I was able to find Veterans United! They made the process much smoother than I expected and basically walked me through the entire process! They even sent us a very nice and well made backyard sign that we always display when we entertain in our beautiful new home!
So don’t walk, run to Veterans United and allow them to help you buy the home of your dreams!

Chad made several mistakes that Sydney had to fix and his communication was not clear, not on time, and did not update us through the process. Very important parts of the process that Chad was supposed to do were not clear to us and even after signing Chad had created issues the Sydney had to fix and we had to jump through last minute hoops to make sure the funds were released. I have used veterans united before and I will never reach out to again after this experience. If Sydney was the only person I had to deal with there wouldn’t have been the issues and it would have been better. Since that’s not an option I will never suggest your company. I have actually told other veterans to not go with you, and I have made clear all the issues we had with anyone and everyone that will listen.
