My Senior Loan Officer stopped communicating with me during the week before closing. He told me that he wouldn't send my package to underwriting and that I wouldn't qualify until some time in the future. He was contentious and not helpful.
With the help of Veterans United Home Loans and my real estate agent, Rich Eberhardt, this process from beginning to end was much easier than I anticipated.
